Stewarding FAQs

What will I be doing?

We need stewards to sell tickets, man the venue doors, to assist the artists, to give directions and information, as merchandise sellers, to help the PA crew, basically to help with every part of the festival! We will brief you fully and train you on the job. We are looking for a mix of experienced stewards and people who’ve never stewarded before.

Where will I be working?

The festival will be taking part in venues across the city centre, with events happening at Wesley Memorial Church, Oxford Deaf and Hard of Hearing Centre, St Barnabas Church, St Columba's Church, Pitt Rivers Museum, Quakers Meeting House, Blue Room @St Aldates Tavern, and Blackwells in the Norrington Rooms . You'll be told in advance which venues you'll be working at - they're all within a short walk from each other.

General Information
